Sioux interprets the American Wild West as only a chain of themed restaurants can: cheesely. Grab a Conestoga wagon booth or a table under a framed photo of Chief Sitting Bull and peruse a menu that tries to recreate life around the campfire with unimpressive ribs, cold fries and a random selection of Mexican offerings like fajitas and burritos. You’ll find a Sioux serving up cheap, completely average food in almost every city of size in Poland, and unless you’re a diehard wagon wheel fanatic, trot your spurs on to a more interesting (and flavorful) option.
