Tucked inside Sopot’s mad building, Del Arte is half café, half art store. Tacky flagstone flooring and garish antiques stand alongside a bubbling water feature, Sun King furnishings and glass cabinets filled to the brim with horrid necklaces and trinkets. The service is superb, and the drinks list is impressive, but the modern interpretations of Mozart that are played in the background (including drum machines) can be an irritant.
