This time last year you’d have Szeyk being described as a poor mans Sphinx; dark and drab with World Gym t-shirts and a couple of tattoos the apparel of choice for the assembled diners. So what a transformation; now it’s all white linen and light woods, plus an Italian menu that’s in keeping with a part of Sopot now reinvented from the shabby looking stretch of old.
