This bi-level drinkery is everything you don’t expect in a hotel bar. The interior is a hip and urban combo of steel fittings, stark colours and floor-to-ceiling windows, while the mezzanine features carpeting straight out of The Spy Who Shagged me. Clubbish tracks get piped in the background, sometimes well into the night, while the menu touts a series of adventurous options that include wedges with guacamole, and the accurately described mini-burger. An excellent spot, especially if you’ve just eaten your body weight at the Hilton Brunch.
