Sitting above Nowy Swiat, Warsaw’s swankiest tourist stroll, Sleepwell has one of the best locations in the city; in one direction are the clubs of Foksal street, and in the other the stunning Old Town. Inside the nine rooms all have home theatres, mini-fridges and giant LCD televisions, but each one is decorated in a unique and sometimes jarring style. One room features a murderous manga assassin painted on the wall, one room has a glittery carpet, and another has large fake roses romantically climbing the ceiling. Reception is in a separate building so guests must call ahead for initial access, and no common space means breakfast is not included (though a discount is available at Café Vincent downstairs).
