Indian cooking hits new depths of despair in Royal India, a half-hearted effort with a vapid atmosphere and dishes that clearly fall below par: don’t be surprised to find yourself discreetly coughing bits of chicken into your napkin. Indeed, you’ll find a better bird across the road in Kentucky Fried Colonel. Completing the picture are watery curries that have little or no hit, the madras included. ‘See you again,’ said the owner hopefully as we left. No, no chance.

Good Food and Nice restaurant
Very nice place with orignal authentic Indian food! Then again Mr Harry food is not English but suppose to be authentic Indian,I am Indian origin and know what real home cooking is all about, the food and staff is great as well the prices with option to take !/2 dish and very reaosnably prices, can be a venue for dating, drinking, family out.
Very probably the worst curry I have ever had. Even the curry at English boarding school was better! The front of house staff are as clueless as the kitchen idiots. A truly abysmal venue with no redeeming qualities whatsoever.
