A small restaurant with a pleasant orange interior, DeCoteria is one of the few clutter-free locations in Praga for a meal. Thanks to that role it has a crowd that mixes young Praga hipsters with moms toting strollers, all tucking into a menu that seems to offer dishes from around the globe (ratatouille to roasted Bavarian beer knuckle). We stuck to the Polish fare and found the potato pancakes to be a winner.
