The kitchen here is run by a chap called Paweł Suchenek, a man whose sharpened his talents in some of Europe’s most prestigious hotels. His menu is a delight, from start to finish, and includes some delectable starters, and a wonderful baked duck. Best of all, Suchenek has created a light menu that doesn’t leave the diner feeling bloated, meaning it’s still possible to squeeze in a top slice of apple pie at the finish. The restaurant itself is small and stylish, set inside an Art Deco space that smacks of the age of Lempicka, while the expert waiters have mastered the art of appearing at just the right moment. All in all a complete pleasure, and a true Warsaw highlight.

Great chef! i worked with him in cheshunt marriott hotel! great food! great experience.. and above all.. a great friend :) thank you pawel! send my regards to your 2 chicks ;) hehehehe
We went on a Friday night in early April and were very disappointed! There were no other diners. The waiter got our order wrong and we were both given Zurek soup - it was the oddest zurek I have ever had and I often order it in Krakow. The rest of the food looked interesting on the menu but was not! I had sea bass on crispy lentils - the fish was overcooked and tasteless - the lentils were OK. My husband's dish was no better. The waiter was perfectly pleasant but wore very squeaky shoes and constantly lurked in the doorway clearly wishing us to hurry up and go. It was still early in the evening. We passed on desserts and the coffee and fruit tea were OK. The meal was very expensive for what it was and a contrast to the excellent meal we had in Bialystok two nights later for half the price. To add insult to injury I found the door to the Ladies too stiff too open and had to seek help - then the whole loo roll holder collapsed on the floor with a crash. We could not wait to get out of there!
