Found in the Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel, this isn't your typical hotel dining spot. With its swirly carpets and staid design the decor doesn’t necessarily tick the stylish box, so it’s a good job that’s there’s some serious skill at work in the background thanks to chef Edward Suchenek. The menu changes with the season, and our advice is to let the chef surprise you.
