The menu here is endless, though pretty much all the promised eastern dishes transpire to be endless combinations of shredded meat, cabbage and carrots – every bit as appealing as it sounds. The Egyptian authenticity is confirmed by the presence of pizza, plastic trees and a menu designed by some bloke called Tom Maltom.
