Winning applause from all corners is Biały Domek, an antique looking effort with an almost floral theme and elegant look. The guestbook here has been signed by all sorts, including Doda, a scandal-sheet dream and this editor’s pin-up, while the recipes are the work of a grandmother, and handed down through x number of generations. It looks and feels exclusive, yet Biały Domek is surprisingly affordable, with a particularly strong choice of fish that fall just short of the 50zł mark.
