When I was there there seemed to be quite a few people working behind the counter and between them it took quite a while for them to create my americano with milk, in fact they needed reminding, and they didn't even seem to be aware that some tables needed clearing.The chocolate cake I bought there was good though and when the coffee did finally arrive it was ok. It had a nice comfortable interior and the owner(?) apologised because they had forgotten my coffee.
