Warsaw would be a lot poorer without the Blue Cactus, an old timer that’s every bit as good as it was on day one. Burritos and burgers are outstanding here, and traditionally washed down with jugs of margaritas. Kids are welcomed here, a negative to some a positive to others, and the summer terrace is a Sunday fave.
