After losing some ground in the Breslau best beer debate with the opening of Bierhalle, Spiż seems to have picked up the slack by unveiling a few new brews which combined with their caramel and honey beers, should be enough to convince your ladyfriend to give it a go. With seven unpasteurised, unfiltered brews in total, you should find something to your taste, though beer enthusiasts are a bit split about the quality. Though the staff are often engaged in open hostilities with the patrons, a free table under the summer beer tent is still a rarity, while an Oktoberfest atmosphere prevails in the dark cellars of the Town Hall. Spiż is still considered a must-visit by locals and remains perhaps Wrocław's most recognisable bar.

This review is absolute nonsense and wrong. WRONG!Nothing you say resembles anything that I experienced just yesterday. Quiet surrounding. Beautiful decor. The MOST SENSATIONAL BEER I, or any of my guests, ever tasted. And one of my guests MAKES her own beer. She is a beer expert and lover and admitted that the light beer we had (among others) was the best she had EVER tasted. And there are MORE than just four beers. Light, Dark, Strong, Honey, Caramel and Wheat. The food and service were top notch, as well. We had a great time. And we are HARD TO PLEASE! Get with the program INYOURPOCKET. This is not the first mistake I've caught that you made but just the most gross one.SPIZ IS GREAT!!!!!
