For what you are paying, you’re getting a lot here. A reasonably central location, friendly 24 hour reception staff, a comfy bed (even the bunks in the bigger dorms – in fact, the bunks might be the comfiest of all) and bathrooms that might grace hotels far further up the food chain. The best rooms are the private doubles on the ground floor. There are plenty of added extras, such as free wifi throughout, free tea and coffee, safety deposit boxes and a laundry service (just about the only extra you have to pay for). Children under four stay for nothing - good news for groups of backpacking two year olds.
