You may remember this place as the Europejski, a completely mediocre hotel with everything from carpets to curtains done up in a 1960s shade of chocolate brown; a tasty colour for cake, rather revolting used anywhere else. Well now the station-side monolith has gone orange and we can tell you you'll have had quite enough of it as well after a three-day stay. That said, the fittings are all new and the amenities make for the same satisfactory stay you would have in any other identikit three star - neither memorable nor regrettable.
