As far as historic medieval defensive towers go, we're not aware of many you can hang out in, let alone enjoy delicious ethnic dishes with a glass of wine, making Abrams' Tower one of the most unique dining experiences in Wrocław. In addition to the best Mexican food in the city (and that's by a landslide, see Mexican section), the menu features fusion-inspired Global Tapas in addition to excellent entrees like 'parmesan duck with walnut pesto'. Abrams has even extended his expertise to the New and Old World wines that complement the food and enhance the romantic, candlelit atmosphere. Though an adventure to locate, Abrams' Tower continues to be a trip worth making; find this historic haunt through a courtyard off ul. Piaskowa near Hala Targowa. If you are coming in a big group, best make a reservation.

No, it's not hard to find at all! You just have to walk through the passage between two pharmacies on Piaskowa before the river, both with big red and blue flashing crosses at night. The old tower is in the courtyard. And I agree wholeheartedly with Ira. It's hard to find ethnic food this good from so many cultures made in one small kitchen. Nice Chilean wines and excellent Polish beers that are rare to find too!
Been here a couple times and never was disappointed. All their dishes are great, Mexican or the Thai all were well prepared. It is a little hard to get to but definitely worth the try. The inside has a nice atmosphere with helpful waiters/waitress's, who know their drinks and knowledge about the menu.
I think that this place needs a lot of help. Been talking to the very friendly waiters and bartenders, all who speak English quite fluently and they're suffering badly due to the fact that the entrances from Krainskiego have been blocked. Only from passages on the back street, Piaskowa, is reaching the door possble. It's a shame because almost everyone is flocking to the market square and passing by this place which hands down, as you say, has the best Mexican food in the city and the fusion stuff I've tried is also great. Also, they have opened for lunchtime at noon during the weekdays (you should make note of this) and I even had Tikka Masala which was perfect!
