Making a confused attempt at being two restaurants in one, Lubczyk i Basilia basically offers Italian and Polish cuisine from the same kitchen in your choice of rooms: country kitchen or comfy living room. There aren't any surprises on the menu of local classics, pizzas and pastas but the interior is surprisingly classy considering the low ball prices and cutty neighbourhood. Fine antiques, mirrors, a grandfather clock and chandelier with white drapes canopying the ceiling make LiB an ideal spot for an affordable, informal dinner.
