By far Zakopane’s most intriguing bar, once you’ve finally located the entrance you’ll be greeted by an interior straight out of another world. Little more than two small adjoining rooms decorated in a combination folk art and an almost Japanese style, the music is almost always good jazz, the drink menu is admirable, and by a stroke of inspired genius the bar stalls have been turned into individual swings, all hanging from pieces of rope tied to the ceiling. An absolute must when visiting Zakopane.

It took a little while to find the Piano Bar but finally discovered this little bar after trawling up and down the main street in Zakopane. Lovely bar with a great atmosphere, full of locals. You have to go there just to see the swing seats at the bar, very unusual. We found the bar a very friendly place and got chatting to people straight away. Prices very reasonable.
