Never more did anyone need a Sphinx as much as they needed one in Zakopane.  For fans of the ubiquitous Polish meat merchants, the familiar formula of multicoloured lighting, minimalist wooden touches and immaculately dressed waiters are all there waiting inside this beautiful culinary anomaly. As with all the others, expect large plates of Eastern-inspired meat dishes accompanied with heaps of delicious cabbage. If that’s not truly international then what is?
