A long-standing editorial favourite, thanks to their willingness to buck trends and try something different. The design is what you would call post-industrial (the live cooking station is a huge plus), and, after recent renovations, a new 500m mural piece by Lower Silesian artist Alicja Biała has given the place a new level of vibrancy. The food comes beautifully presented by efficient staff and the seasonal menu features some truly mouth-watering options. You can always expect to discover unique preparations of sturgeon and beef tenderloin, as well as plenty of veg options for other parties. The menu also sports a list of dishes that represent local cuisine, which is also varied and seasonal, in addition to operating on a strict zero-waste policy! Concordia Taste is an ambassador of Polish wines, of which they have a selection of 150 different types, in addition to some foreign labels as well!
