Reformation Church

  Mārstaļu 10      (+371) 67 21 20 36     more than a year ago
Built from 1727 - 1733, this is one of the few Calvinist churches in Latvia. After renovations in 1805, its basement was turned into a warehouse, while the Soviets turned the whole building into a recording studio. Now the upstairs is used for occasional concerts and the downstairs is waiting for yet another entrepreneur to open a club here. For now, it can only be admired from the outside.
