simple, making use of local, fresh ingredients but doing so with real aplomb. Try the supa de 

cartofi (potato soup): you will not taste any as good anywhere else in Transylvania. Great shaded terrace in summer, though the interior is worthy of a peek too. Find it at the rear of the Cerbul Carpatin building.
