If you are looking for traditional Transylvanian food (as opposed to more general Romanian food) then this is about the best place in the city. A vast cellar packed with a number of different dining rooms, the food is simple and tasty. Expect loads of stews, sweet ciorbe and a great ciolan cu fasole. Good selection of local wines too.
