To use either bus you need to purchase an Activ card, which will cost 3.70 lei, then charge it with a minimum 7.00 lei (the price of two trips). The card can be recharged anytime however, and used on Bucharest buses, trams, trolleybuses and the metro. Buy it from the kiosk next to the bus stop.
