With its wooden interior, inoffensive music and gangs of young people clustered round big tables, La 80 does little to distinguish itself from a swathe of similar establishments. Reasonable food and prices, and the little terrace opposite Gradina Icoanei is a nice retreat from more frantic places elsewhere.
