Oktoberfest

What makes this place so special is how very ordinary it is. You will find the crowd more local than foreign - never a bad thing - and ordinary, 'out for a drink and a good time locals at that', not the fitze crowd. The owners try to make something happen every night, whether its football on the television or impromptu drinking competitions. The house Oktoberfest beer is a bargain at 4 lei a glass. Upstairs is Oktoberfest 2, which has a small terrace. The club Octopus is also inside (on the ground floor).

Indeed Oktoberfest Pub is a bargain for any beer drinker. In my oppinion they have the cheapest beers in town. A draught of Skol is 4.5 lei but you can try the bottle too because it's no big difference for your pocket it costs 5 lei. I also enjoyed the non-filtred beer and it's 6 5 lei but the house beer Oktoberfest isn't bad either and it costs 5 5 lei. The most appealing to me was the meter beer and the bucket. But these are best to order when you go out with your friends. I warmthly recommend this pub for a guys night out. Arnaud Lambert from Lyon
