A number of companies offer good Romanian courses for foreigners, but in our experience the only ones which are as good as they claim to be, and which offer real results, are those organised by the Romanian Cultural Institute (ICR). There are courses for all levels of learner, with the course for beginners (two sessions of two hour classes per week for two months) especially recommended by all who have taken it. You can expect to meet students from all ages, all countries and all backgrounds, and with new courses starting all the time.
