Well named, for it is indeed in the north of the city. It has great rooms – amongst the biggest, on average, in Bucharest – and the bathrooms are tremendous: all have bathtubs. The hotel boasts a good spa centre (with excellent Turkish bath), big fitness room with loads of equipment and has a good lobby bar. The on-site dining is decent too.
