Les Bourgeois was one of the first places to open on Strada Smardan, long before the street became fashionable. It remains popular because of its ability to keep coming up with great food, and because it works both as a café, bar and restaurant. Two dishes we particularly enjoyed were the risottos: one with chicken and vegetables and the other one with mushrooms. For dessert, the pears in white wine are a real autumn treat.
