Uptown indeed. In the wealthiest part of the wealthiest part of the city, the city's wealthiest people come here to eat. The real draw is the enclosed terrace which means you can eat al fresco even when it's snowing outside. The food is good, a mix of Italian-esque and modern European dishes, which share a menu with an excellent wine list. Prices not cheap but value for money very high. Make sure you reserve well in advance or turn up with a local celebrity if you want a table on the terrace.

  I am eating there for almost 10 years now, and i am proud to say that is the best restaurant in romania.the food is exactly how it should be, very light, and the ambiance is extremly comfortable. It is the perfect place for a quiet launch alone, a romantic dinner in two, or a beatifull aniversary with friends

  My business colleagues reported that it was Ok as it always had been, but prices were starting to get a bit high. We need reasonable prices even with our expense allowances !!

  I ate Grilled Salmon and it was not perfect but it was good enough because of the sauce, and I will come back tomorrow. There were plenty of people. Very modern and nice.
