Big and bold, the opening of this superb Japanese restaurant in mid-2009 was perhaps the biggest vote of confidence in the Old Town area since Amsterdam first leapt on the scene all those years ago. Occupying the corner of Smardan and Stavropoleos, Ground Zero in Old Town, it does what it does – Japanese food, both sushi and tepanyaki – very well indeed. So successful that another outlet will be opening soon at Baneasa Shopping City.

Cracking place! Worth every penny, wonderful food and not expensive. Taking the missus there for Valentines... she'll be happy, and therefore later, I'll be happy! - 15
