A relic of the communist day this place has been around for decades: check out the old fashioned sign out front. It is now a great little place however, homely and cosy, with a kind of terrace come courtyard in summer. The food is basic Romanian, but it’s very cheap, very cheerful and the staff are friendly. The basement crama (wine cellar) is surprisingly cavernous.
