Brilliant, just brilliant. Plates, knifes and forks are dispensed with at this enjoyable Medieval-themed restaurant, where you can sit down at huge round tables and enjoy King Arthur’s Dinner or Sir Lancelot’s Lunch direct from a wooden platter. It’s very good Romanian grill and barbeque fare presented as Medieval cuisine, and the prices are more than decent and both the atmosphere and service are fantastic. Kids love it. Finger licking good.

Service in Bucharest is poor, But not at Excalibur! LARGE portions served quickly! Good thing it's served fast as you will need that extra time to eat all of the food. It's good! One of best non-American food (fast food) places I have been to in Bucharest. Location is just two blocks away form University Square, the setting is excellent! Kids, and adults will have a good time, as well as trying on the costumes and swords they have for a photo. A four person meal, with drinks was only 150 Lei ($50 USD) GREAT VALUE!
