Thai Moods

Thai MoodsSuperlatives are pointless in any review of this restaurant. It serves the very best Thai food in the region (not just the country), all cooked by the hands-own owner and often served by another member of the family. Indeed, you will feel as though you are sharing a carefully prepared family meal, and the gorgeous villa that houses this eatery is equally homely. Of the latest menu we have tried almost everything, and though it is all good the mango and shrimp salad with seafood and citrus sauce particularly took our fancy.

I enjoy cooking Burmese curry for my boy friend who eats all the cuisine of my home made. He loves every single food I prepare for him, Ever say, yes! Nothing is better than this.We celebrated our valentine day on the next day of 14 February at Thai Mood. The drink I ordered was ginger tea, and Lemon grass tea freshly made. The jungle curry we have had in Asia was too thin in gravy and extreme spicy & lime. The jungle curry of Thai Moods was perfect balance. We had a great time at Thai Moods. Thanks to my boy friend for spending time together with this lovely moment of valentine treat.

My girlfriend and I just had a lovely dinner at Thai Moods. The restaurant was quaint and clean, the service was excellent, and the food was commendable. For an appetizer I would recommend the curry puffs-a fusion of Indian and Thai and the prawns satay (you can also order as an appetizer), fresh, clean and full of flavor. For the main course we improvised and ordered the "jungle curry" with beef vice prawns-the chef adapted to our request and the result was fabulous! The vegetables were the highlight of the dish-and not over cooked but "al dente" as they should be. For dessert you must try the mousse and the mango cake-you can not go wrong! For a wonderful romantic experience with decent service and food Thai Moods is an great choice.

I have to disagree with Dan, this is a great little restaurant, particularly in the summer when the terrace is a haven from the trials of Bucharest. A little on the expensive side, but well worth it.

I think that both the restaurant and the review are jokes. The simple fact that such a review was published makes me wonder about the integrity of the reviewer. This place is selling my mother's stews with pineapple in it as thai food. A disgrace; it ruined my wife's birthday last year!
