The legend lives on. The years may come and go but Balthazar remains the one truly original Fusion restaurant in the city, nay country. It's as fitze as hell of course, and by no means cheap, but the service, tableware, range of food and outstanding cooking make it a joy to dine here. And it should be said that if you lay off the imported wines, Balthazar is not all that more expensive than other places not fit to lace its boots.
