Guess what? Standard Italian food in a slightly-above average setting in leafy Cotroceni. So what's new? Nothing. While it's all done with a flourish and the terrace is fine there is no special need to cross town to eat here. There is live jazz most Fridays though.

Despite the traffic jams I get into almost everytime I plan to Gino's, this is one of few places in Bucharest were I get a very good value for every penny spent. A plus is the service, without being "too professional" (you know what I mean) still gives me a very warm and frendly feeling. Incredibile tasty food overall. Need some work with the wine list though.
