The Radisson's Caffe Citta is a decent enough Italian given gravitas by two things that will immediately strike you as you walk in. First, the kitchen is in the dining room itself, set along the whole of one wall: you can watch the chefs in action as they cook your meal. Secondly, every table is adorned with a bottle of the finest olive oil known to man, proof that no corners have been cut in the making of ths restaurant. The food? Good, with room for improvement as things settle down. Top dishes right now include the carpaccio di manzo served with crispy olives, and the lamb cutlets with roast potatoes. Service, as you would expect, is excellent. Prices are high.
