There are not many items on the menu (there is no menu actually, other than a list on a blackboard waiters take to tables), but the decor makes it for those missing. The place has a charm of its own, trying to bring back memories of the 1930s Romanians never cease to praise. The varza a la Cluj, some of the cold starters (especially the zacusca and the baked pepper salad) and the musaca are recommended. Bring along Rosie Waldeck's book and you will be fine.Alex
