Imposing is not the word. Occupying one entire shore of the lake in the middle of Poiana Brasov, this huge hotel is really quite something. The interiors are sumptuous to the point of almost being over the top, yet manage to remain the right side of good taste. It's not cheap by any means, but for a feeling of grandeur you can't do much better in Poiana. Certainly visitors to the resort would agree: it has become Poiana's main tourist attraction.
