In the Rich Man’s Larder (as the name translates) the order of the day is outstanding local food (that being Transylvanian, not Romanian) made with fresh local ingredients. This is perhaps as un-Hilton as you could imagine a restaurant to be, and the atmosphere is great, made possible by super staff. Any of the stews will have you cooing in delight.
