Pan-Asian cuisine that covers so much territory it is extremely difficult to choose - especially given that the menu is divided by country rather than type of dish. Korean, Chinese, Thai and Japanese food is all promised and the quality does not necessarily range geographically. Eating here should be treated as a pot luck experience, some of the dishes will be winners whilst others (for example the dim sum) disappoint. Another fun quirk of First Sun is the selection of complimentary sauces and salads brought to your table so you can spice up your own dishes as much as you like.
