Situated on a quiet side street off Pokrovka ultisa, Buloshnaya is decked out in the old-world Victorian tea-house style, complete with dark wooden furniture, heavy drapes surrounding the large windows and plush sofas for sitting back and enjoying your afternoon tea. As you would expect from a Victorian parlour the music is calming and unobtrusive and they have a very nice selection of pies and cakes, although this is the twentieth Century so no cucumber sandwiches here ma’am!
