I Love Cake is a very modern pit stop for serious dessert and breakfast lovers. Their main menu consists of classic American breakfast and brunch foods served all day, such as pancakes, granola, eggs, cereal, sandwiches and salads. The cake menu is astoundingly long, almost to the point of being overwhelming with a huge choice of pies, cake, cheesecake, parfaits, cookies and homemade marshmallows. The honeycomb cake and the Queens Caramel parfait are incredibly decadent and satisfying choices and despite the high mark up, they may be some of the best on offer. The holiday themed cakes are much appreciated - especially the beautifully presented spicy gingerbread cake which appears in winter.
