Dzhon dzholi is another exponent of that concentrated casualness of the country kitchen that is all the rage in Moscow - and this time they even go so far as to install a huge stone oven. The reason you really come here is to eat though, and for anyone new to Georgian food this is a good and easily accessible introduction.

shashlik of course top the bill, but they also have other well-formed local delights hidden in there too like
mchadi (sweetcorn fritters) and chicken
chkmeruli (garlic chicken) which should excite the taste buds. Their huge covered summer terrace, is almost as big as the restaurant itself.
