Putting the art into the popular Akademiya brand, this branch of the local pizza/sushi restaurant chain adds a long bar, extensive cocktail list, huge canvases from Russian artists displayed against the bare brick warehouse walls and an art book shop into their usual pleasant mid-market eatery mix. The space left to fill here is huge, giving you an idea of just how much chocolate this factory used to make. The food, particularly the pizzas, is consistently reliable and service here is a cut above some of the other Akademiya restaurants in Moscow.
