Stuck right up on the top of the Lotte Plaza, the view from Balkon is really something - no you can't see golden domes, but you can see the future of Moscow, the Bladerunner-esque skyscrapers of Moscow City.The menu comes in two parts, Asian and Italian. The Italian dishes are worth plumping for, we especially enjoyed the farfalla with tuna, while the Asian dishes are smaller portioned and correspondingly cheaper. The atmosphere is an upscale country retreat, complete with plush sofas, birds in cages and discretely dressed business types.
