The Ritz Carlton’s humongous Sunday brunch has made a triumphant return under the leadership of head chef Nicholas Courtois this autumn. Taking place in the gothic Caviaterra restaurant more than sixty Russian, Asian and European dishes are on offer. Still on the table are last year’s favourites like salad of strawberries and feta with roasted almonds as well as new creations like grilled shrimp with Mexican corn sauce and steamed salmon steak with white wine sauce. The usual caviar, oysters, sashimi and superior French cheeses are all also of course present.
Brunch costs 3,300Rbl with unlimited soft drinks or 4,300Rbl with unlimited champagne, wine, beer and soft drinks.
