When this latest world tour was launched back in 2011, Russian fans of the band went ape, desperately hoping the boys from California would finally return to Russia after more than a decade. In due course not one but two Russian gigs were added to the tour and needless to say this concert will undoubtedly be a sell-out. This is one gig that we are seriously looking forward to this summer, not least because the Red Hot Chili Peppers will be playing in the biggest stadium available on Russian soil - and on what should be one of the hottest days of the year.
