Car Rental

Driving in St. Petersburg is not for the faint of heart.  The roads are either eternally under construction or look like they haven't been touched since the days of Stalin.  Rush hour in the centre can also leave you on the same block for 30 minutes and drivers invent their own lanes at will.  That being said, having a car will give you a lot of freedom to see more of the city, its suburbs and beyond.
